Our Process:

  • Space Planning: For renovation projects, precise on-site field measurements are taken to develop CAD drawings, creating functional and optimized space plans for amenity areas.
  • Conceptual Design: A comprehensive design presentation is provided, including material, lighting, and furniture selections to bring the vision to life.
  • ID Drawings: A complete set of ID drawings, material specifications, elevations, and detailed instructions are created for contractors to bid accurately.
  • Budget: A detailed itemized budget is created, ensuring the design concept is tailored to meet the client’s investment goals.
  • FF&E Procurement: Furniture, fixtures, and equipment are purchased and securely stored by our team until time for on-site installment.
  • Installation: White-glove installation ensures meticulous placement of furniture, artwork, and accessories to complete the space with precision and care.
