I visited Bridgwater (located in Colorado) two weeks ago and got to see the amazing transformation of the leasing office and clubhouse. As always, you have done an amazing job with the space! You worked in additional seating areas in the clubhouse to accommodate our residents as well as adding foosball and shuffleboard to create a fun environment. Customer service is a key component of our business and moving the beverage station to the leasing office area allows us the opportunity for more interaction with our residents.
