Vision
Leasing – Our vision was to create an inviting, fresh atmosphere as soon as you enter the leasing space. One that would be memorable.
We accomplished this with the soft color palette, a variety of seating options and a striking, crisp white, dimensional focal wall.
Common Areas – Our goal was to create an environment where residents would throughly enjoy the abundance of community gathering spaces throughout the property, including an expansive Fitness Center and WIFI Club Lounge.

This 320 unit apartment community was re-designed, re-habbed, and re-positioned among its competitive set to offer superior amenities for a superior customer experience. Acacia Park was transformed into Vista Promenade by the CDS design team formulating a cutting edge plan on this 80’s vintage asset in a great location! From the new Dog Park to the Poolside Cabanas, our Residents are excited to come home.
