Scope of Work: Lobby, Leasing, Wi-Fi Lounge, Club Lounge, Cyber Lounge, Fitness, and Sky Deck

Our Vision: Given the property’s prime location in a design district, we integrated inspiring elements such as sculptures, hand-painted murals, and unique furniture to reflect the creative context of the area. The lounges were designed with flexible seating, providing residents with spaces to work or socialize comfortably. The mezzanine area was repurposed to create a meeting space, enhancing the amenity offerings for residents.

Lobby/Leasing
