Our Vision: This project elevated classic Mediterranean architecture with a fresh, modern twist by incorporating transitional furniture and layered wall treatments. Decorative lighting was thoughtfully added to accentuate the soaring ceilings and create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The former theater room was reimagined into a vibrant game lounge, designed to foster connection and a sense of community among residents.
