Our Vision: Our design approach for this prestigious property was to first reimagine the leasing lobby, transforming it into a more eye-catching, functional, and welcoming space for prospective residents. Indoor hangout areas were activated with game tables and thoughtfully arranged, comfortable seating—encouraging residents to socialize, unwind, and enjoy moments of connection within their community
